Avance Corporation was founded in April 1970 in the city of Ichinomiya, Aichi province, where its headquarters are set up to now.

It has branches in the major cities of Japan, such as Nagoya and Tokyo, and its core business lies in Human Resources. Authent is proud to hold the Certificate of Good Business Company in outsourcing services for manufacturing companies.

In 1999, the company diversified its activities and started to render specialized care services to the elderly, launching the Authent Life Support in 2005.

2014 was a “milestone” year for Avance Corporation, as its first Solar Power Plant was built and inaugurated in Japan, followed by the second one in the following year.

In the International market, Avance Corporation expanded its operations to China, the Philippines and Brazil.

In Brazil

Its introduction to the country occurred with the acquisition of the Authent Retainer Executive Search, a local company specialized in Recruitment and Selection services for 25 years mainly attending Japanese Multinationals.

Thus, the quality of the services provided was improved, adding the expertise, experiences, the rich accumulated resume database , added to the Consultants with great expertise and experience in the Japanese corporate world.

With its expertise in personnel management in Japan, Avance Corporation was certified in the MTE (Ministry of Labour and Employment), becoming a specialist in serving its Customers in the segment of Temporary Staff.
